- 75 ml of Martini
- 75 ml of Prosecco
- 1 wedge of lime
- Mint to garnish
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the Martini, then add the Prosecco.
- Use a spoon to turn the ice softly from bottom to top (2x only to preserve the bubbles).
- Squeeze the lime in the glass and drop the wedge in the glass.
- Take some mint and put it in one corner of the glass.
