Ingredients
- 40 ml Amaretto liqueur
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 15 ml egg white
- lemon twist
- cherries
Directions
- Shake hard all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into an ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and two skewered brandied cherries.
