Ingredients

• 1 egg yolk
• 1 oz milk
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 4 oz orange juice
• 1/2 oz honey
• 1/2 oz Calpis
• ice

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in a beverage shaker.
2. Shake well and pour it into a glass.
3. Voilà!
