Ingredients
- 1.5 shot Disaronno amaretto
- 1 shot Rutte Dry Gin
- 1/3 shot Italian red bitter liqueur
- 1/3 shot Passion fruit syrup
- 1 shot Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions
- Shake all intgredients with ice
- Strain into glass filled with crushed ice
- Garnish with lemon zest twist (cut like a shark fin) and 3 drops of Cranberry Bitters, as a bloody shark attack (or use grenadine)
