Ingredients
- 1.5 oz White Rum
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Orange Curaçao
- 0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 0.75 oz Dark Rum
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- Pineapple
- Ice
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients except the dark rum into a shaker with ice and shake well.
- Strain into tall glass.
- Add the dark rum, pouring gently to 'float' it on top of the drink.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
