Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple orange juice
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 4 1/2 inch slices ginger
- 2 ounces maple syrup
Directions
- Combine pineapple juice, mango, ginger, limes and syrup in blender container.
- Add 2-1/2 cups ice.
- Cover; blend until smooth.
- Pour into chilled martini glasses rimmed with equal parts superfine bar sugar and dried ginger.
