Ingredients
- 500 ml Cooled Rooibos Tea (2 Tea Bags is usually enough)
- 250 ml Pineapple Juice
- 50 ml Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 6 Teaspoons White Sugar
- 50 ml Gin or Vodka
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large jug and stir well.
- Strain and serve over ice.
