Ingredients
- 1 Segment Ginger
- 5 Lime Leaves
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Sticks Cinnamon
- 5 Cloves
- 5 Cardamom Grains
- 1 Star Anise
- 1 Lemongrass Stalk
- 4 Tablespoons Honey
- Water
Directions
- Wash all ingredients, then boil water in a saucepan, put all the ingredients in the wedang uwuh.
- Bring the wedang uwuh to a boil until the boiling water is dark red.
- Turn off the heat and wait until the warm boiled water is strong. Move in a teapot and add the honey mixture until well blended. Serve warm.
